"I Am..." World Tour

While shooting her album cover with Peter Lindbergh, Beyoncé mentioned the need to find a designer for her upcoming tour. Rather than having a selection of designers, she hired Mr. Mugler to not only design her costumes, but to design all 78 costumes for her musicians and her dancers. Taken by his work, Mr., Mugler was asked to collaborate in choreography, as well as set design, putting Mr. Mugler and his eponymous Angel fragrance in a limelight it had never before seen.
